How fast is turnaround?+
We send your quote the same day (business days, AEST). Once you accept and we've had our call, the full estimate is delivered within 72 hours. Need it sooner? Tell us in the form and we'll let you know what's possible.
What files should I send?+
Architectural drawings, engineering (structural, slab, framing), specifications, and anything else relevant — soil report, energy report, finishes schedule. Also send your own rates, supplier quotes or job notes and we'll price with them. PDF, DWG, images and Excel are all fine.
What states do you cover?+
All of them — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT and NT. We price to local conditions and market rates for the job location.
Do you do revisions?+
Yes. Minor clarifications and adjustments after delivery are part of the job. If the design changes significantly, we'll quote the revision before we start.
Is my job kept confidential?+
Yes. Your plans, pricing and client details are only used to prepare your estimate and are never shared.
What if my plans are incomplete?+
Send what you've got. We'll flag gaps, carry sensible allowances or provisional sums where detail is missing, and list every assumption in the clarifications so you know exactly what's in and out.
